Accommodation at Waridi House
Towering over the stunning Sand Dunes of Shela Village, Waridi House has 4-bedrooms (all ensuite) and is suitable for up to 8 guests comfortably.
The ground floor features a dipping pool and shell fountain with a large dining room area, kitchen and chill out corner.
There are verandas on each floor and a massage area on the second floor. The roof top terrace overlooks the sand dunes and Shela Village and provides additional lounging areas and a swing bed.
Staff & Dining
Self catering means you still have the services of the cook. You can choose to do your own shopping or opt to have the staff do the shopping and keep a record of the expenses. Fresh dairy products, meat and chicken are difficult to find in Lamu. Luxury foods and drinks should be brought with you or bought in Nairobi.
The house staff is composed of a cook and a room steward. Laundry service and linen is provided.

House Rental:
Low Season (1st May to 30th June): €250 per night
Mid Season (1st July to 20th Dec & 10th Jan to 30th April): €300 per night
Xmas/New Year's (20th Dec to 10th Jan): €450 per night (7-day minimum, whole house only)
Room Rental:
Low Season (1st May to 30th June: €70 per night
Mid Season (1st July to 20th Dec & 10th Jan to 30th April): €100 per night

Upon confirming rates and availability, you will receive an electronic invoice and a deposit can then be made by credit card, paypal, m-pesa or bank transfer to confirm your booking.
On receipt of your deposit, we will send you a receipt, confirmation, and voucher for your stay. The balance of the rental is due prior to or upon your arrival.
