Accommodation at Shamba Viking
A climatically adapted design, the lodge is cool. It has 3 twin/double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living/dining. It is located a 15 min walk south of Lamu Polytecnic en route to Shela in 2.5ha of shamba land with mango, coconut and cashew trees only 400m from the ocean. Shamba Viking has 2 bandas with space for 4 to 8 guests.
Staff & Dining
Guests may prepare their own meals or Shamba Viking staff may organise for a chef.

Upon confirming rates and availability, you will receive an electronic invoice and a deposit can then be made by credit card, paypal, m-pesa or bank transfer to confirm your booking.
On receipt of your deposit, we will send you a receipt, confirmation, and voucher for your stay. The balance of the rental is due prior to or upon your arrival.
